First Dutch Tulip Party in Kyiv
The first Dutcht Tulip festival took place on 27 May at San Sophia Kyiv. More then 100 guests attended the party that was hosted by the Honoray Consul of Ukraine to the Netherlands Mr. Emiel de Sévrèn Jacquet.
